Vi söker en Category Manager inom marknadsföring för vår kund. Som Category Manager inom marketing procurement kommer du att ha en central roll i att leda och utveckla specifika kategorier av marknadsföringsutgifter. Detta är en nyckelroll inom Group Indirect Procurement, en nyskapad funktion som syftar till att uppnå kostnadseffektivitet, fånga upp synergieffekter och minska leverantörsrisker inom indirekta varor och tjänster på tvärs av företagets olika varumärken och funktioner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

- Identifiera och utveckla förbättringsområden inom din kategori, genomföra utgiftsanalyser och bedöma utvecklingen av spenderade kategorier.
- Skapa och genomföra en kategori- och sourcingplan för att optimera inköpsprocesser och maximera värdet.
- Hantera och utveckla relationer med leverantörer, både befintliga och potentiella, i enlighet med företagets affärsbehov.
- Säkerställa långsiktig kontraktsuppfyllelse och prestation, och skapa hållbara resultat.
- Implementera strategiska förändringar för att driva innovation och förbättringar, ofta inklusive förändringshantering på olika nivåer.
- Bygga och bibehålla relationer med interna intressenter, leda kategori-team och påverka beslutsfattare.

Din bakgrund och kvalifikationer:

För att lyckas i denna roll ser vi att du har omfattande erfarenhet inom marknadsföringsupphandling, särskilt inom media, produktion, digitala tjänster och evenemang. Du har förmågan att bygga och underhålla professionella relationer med intressenter på alla nivåer inom organisationen. Du är resultatinriktad och har en strukturerad inställning till förändringshantering för att uppnå de förväntade resultaten.

Vi ser även att du har:

- Omfattande erfarenhet av Category Management och sourcing av marknadsföringstjänster i en stor företagsmiljö.
- Akademisk examen i inköp, företagsekonomi, industriell ekonomi eller management.
- Stor kompetens inom kategorihantering, sourcing och förhandling, kompletterad med stark analytisk förmåga, inklusive genomförande av utgiftsanalyser och bedömning av affärsmöjligheter.
- Förståelse för olika prismodeller och kontraktsstrukturer.
- Erfarenhet av strategisk sourcing och förhandlingar.
- Erfarenhet av att driva förändring i komplexa organisationer med många intressenter.
- Förmåga att utveckla och implementera inköpsstrategier.
- Flytande i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
