Om rollenSom Growth Lead Digital hos Viva i Malmö kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att driva företagets tillväxt genom att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter och utveckla befintliga kunder. Du kommer att samarbeta med Client Managers, Performance Specialister och Creative för att säkerställa att vi levererar värdeskapande marknadsföringslösningar som hjälper våra kunder att nå sina affärsmål.

I den här rollen kommer du att:

- Identifiera och driva nya affärsmöjligheter genom aktiv nykundsbearbetning och prospektering.

- Skapa och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med både nya och befintliga kunder.

- Analysera kunders behov och utmaningar för att skapa skräddarsydda lösningar som genererar tillväxt och lönsamhet.

- Leda workshops och presentationer för potentiella och befintliga kunder för att presentera Vivas erbjudande och strategiska lösningar.

- Samarbeta nära interna team för att säkerställa att kundprojekt genomförs med högsta kvalitet och i linje med kundernas mål.

- Följa upp och utvärdera resultat för att kontinuerligt förbättra strategier och taktiker.

Vem är du?Du är en ambitiös och resultatorienterad person som brinner för att skapa affärsrelationer och driva tillväxt. Du har din spetskompetens inom det digitala såsom SEM, SEO, Social och Programmatisk annonsering.

Vi tror att du har:

- Gedigen erfarenhet av försäljning och affärsutveckling inom digital marknadsföring.

- Stark förmåga att bygga relationer och skapa förtroende hos både nya och befintliga kunder.

- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med både strategisk planering och operativ försäljning.

- Hög kunskap om marknadsföringstrender och digitala lösningar som kan hjälpa kunder att växa.

- Förmåga att arbeta proaktivt, ta initiativ och driva projekt från start till mål.

- Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter och vana vid att hålla presentationer.
