Arbetsbeskrivning

Nu har du möjlighet att bli en del av Galdermas tillväxtresa och utvecklas i rollen Aseptic Engineer, där du kommer att:

* Bidra till kontinuerlig utveckling av dokument, SOPs och instruktioner för att säkerställa att arbetet och dokumentationen relaterad till tillverkningsanläggningen uppfyller GMP-kraven.
* Agera som teknisk expert under revisioner eller inspektioner från myndigheter.
* Hålla dig uppdaterad om branschstandarder inom tillämpliga områden och stödja organisationen genom att agera som teknisk expert inom dessa områden.
* Planera och schemalägga produktionssatser och agera som kvalificerad operatör.
* Samordna och utföra CC- och NC/CAPA-aktiviteter.
* Stödja utbildning och certifiering av nya operatörer/laboratorieingenjörer och andra involverade i tillverkningen.
* Utbilda personal och kontinuerligt följa det aseptiska arbetet på linan.
* Delta i och utföra kvalificeringar/valideringar av utrustning och process.
* Arbeta i enlighet med branschstandarder och kvalitetskrav.
* Planera och schemalägga produktionsaktiviteter inklusive renrum samt förbättringar och underhåll av utrustning.
* Avsluta tillverkning när det finns fara för personal eller utrustning samt när kvaliteten är i riskzonen, rapportera till chef.
* Agera expert inom relevanta områden avseende efterlevnad och processer.

* Tillämpa bred teoretisk arbetskunskap som vanligtvis erhålls genom avancerad utbildning eller formell träning i teorier/koncept inom egen funktion.
* Utför arbete som är av begränsad omfattning, vanligtvis på mindre, mindre komplexa projekt eller uppgifter relaterade aktiviteter.
* Individuell bidragsgivare vars arbete är noggrant övervakat.
* Slutför aktiviteter eller uppfyller mål/tilldelade uppgifter enligt specifika standarder och riktlinjer.
* Problem som uppstår är vanligtvis inte svåra.
* Rapporterar vanligtvis till M2/M3.

Ledningsansvar

* Individuell bidragsgivare utan direkt ansvar för att leda andra.

Intressenter

* Förklara fakta, policyer och praxis relaterade till arbetsområdet från etablerade procedurer eller formell utbildning.
* Stödja och interagera främst med kollegor inom eget arbetsområde.
* Utveckla ett nätverk av kontakter för att bygga upp relationer och stärka den organisatoriska, produkt- och marknadskunskapen.

Utbildningsnivå

* Kandidatexamen eller motsvarande erfarenhet/kvalifikation. Framförallt ser vi att du har erfarenhet inom aseptisk tillverkning mot produktion.
