The Position
Now, we're looking for a Service Manager to join our IS/IT team. As a Service Manager, you'll be at the centre of developing and improving our systems and services within the Sales Service area for our European organisation. You'll work closely with the business, ensuring our IT solutions aren't just functional but truly valuable.

Your Responsibilities
Act as the link between business and IS/IT
Maintenance and development of existing applications
Develop and improve IT systems and services for our European organisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the SAP team to analyze requirements and solve problems.
Drive new solutions from idea to implementation, ensuring they align with business needs.
Manage day-to-day service operations and continuously improve existing systems.
Coordinate and prioritise ongoing activities, keeping projects on track.
Monitor progress, conduct regular follow-ups and manage budgets.
Ensure proper documentation of solutions and processes within your area.

Your Profile

Experience working with SAP products.
Knowledge of SAP Service-related modules (a big plus).
Experience working in a similar role, where you act as the person in between IT and the business.
A natural problem-solver who enjoys working closely with different teams.
Organised, analytical and able to keep multiple assignments moving forward.
Excellent communicator - you can explain IT concepts in a way that makes sense to non-tech colleagues.
Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken).
A degree in IT or Economics is a plus, but your mindset and approach matter most.
