To strengthen our teams and development we are looking for an Inside Sales representative (F/M) who will be working for our subsidiary ICAPE-MMAB at our office in Malmö, Sweden.

You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

We see that you are an outgoing person who enjoys having ongoing customer contact while maintaining a high level of service. You have a good technical understanding, enjoy team focus and have an interest in administration. We are looking for you who are driven, flexible and structured and who have a good sense of order.

In the role you will for example:

  • Work with planning and registration of customers' orders in ICAPE-MMAB's business system
  • Coordinate and monitor incoming orders and inquiries together with others in the sales department
  • Handle incoming inquiries and orders, both from customers
  • Provide support and assistance to sales

 

The position suits you who enjoy working independently and solution-focused while working in close collaboration with your work team. Working in a structured and careful manner is important, as is flexibility in the event of changes during the working day. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a high work pace in a broad role.

 

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to succeed in the role the following is also required:

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken as well as written
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of Excel and Office
  • Experience to work in business systems, preferably SAP
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role

Desirable background in the electronics industry and meritorious if you have insight into PCB-industry. Furthermore, we would like you to have a technical education, but this it’s not a requirement.
