Om tjänsten  
Elbit Systems Sweden söker en Senior project manager med ett par års erfarenhet av att arbeta med övergripande leveransansvar av utvecklingsprogram. Rollen innebär ledning och delaktighet av komplexa program från anbudsfas till implementering av högkvalitativa system. Du kommer ha ansvar för både kommersiella och tekniska aspekter, stöttad av det interna teamet och organisationen. Som Senior project manager hanterar du internt programansvar och har ansvar gentemot kunden. Då arbetet omfattar samarbete med internationella kollegor och partners så är det viktigt att du känner bekväm i att arbeta i en internationell miljö. I rollen kommer du också få möjlighet att resa i tjänsten, både nationellt och internationellt.

I rollen som Senior project manager driver du hela kedjan, från affärsutveckling till leverans och uppföljning. Ett stort ansvar men också stor frihet. Det ställer krav på egen drivkraft, ger stor möjlighet att utvecklas, hitta lösningar och samarbeta med både interna och externa resurser och partners. 

Du kommer bland annat:  

  • Leda och koordinera komplexa program från anbudsfas till implementering
  • Leda dem interna programresurserna vilket innefattar bland annat ansvar för kvalitet, budget, arbetsplan, riskbedömning och resurshantering 
  • Ha ett helhetsansvar för kommersiella och tekniska aspekter i utvecklings- och leveransprojekt med högteknisk komplexitet
  • Ansvara för att vara en strategisk ledare och säkerställa att våra pågående program drivs enligt plan 
  • Ha kontakt med och ansvara för kundsamarbete och dialog genom hela leveransprocessen 

Kvalifikationer   

  • Akademisk examen inom teknik, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande
  • Du har några års erfarenhet från arbete i teknisk komplexa multidisciplinära program 
  • Du har god teknisk förståelse
  • Flytande i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska

  Det är inget krav men meriterande om du har arbetat inom försvarsindustrin alternativt Försvarsmakten sedan tidigare och har dokumenterad ledarerfarenhet.
