About the role 

As the Blueprint Owner of Installation / Head of Installation, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the "Formula1" installation methodology across all countries. Your primary focus will be to lead by example, sharing best practices among countries to drive productivity improvements, savings in installation materials, and improved utilization. This role will challenge you to create new habits, navigate country-specific requirements, and overcome language barriers while building trust within our global service operations. This role can be located at any of our offices, and requires travelling. 

 

What will be your main responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the F1 installation methodology across all countries.
  • Share best practices and lead by example.
  • Drive productivity improvements and savings in installation materials.
  • Overcome country-specific requirements and language barriers.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Operations, Team Leads, and Installation Managers. 

Who you are and what you can offer

  • 10+ years of experience in product expertise, particularly in HPs.
  • Extensive installation experience.
  • Strong training or coaching background in field operations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in diverse cultures.
  • Transparent and communicative.
  • Language skills in English, as our corporate language. Meriting if you also knows German, Italian, French, Polish and Spanish.
  • Likable and adaptable.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solver.
