If you have a passion for customer success, project management and technology and want to develop as a Customer Success Manager, you might want to consider joining our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager for your LIA.

It is an opportunity to get hands-on experience from Customer Success management, working with a close-knit team in the SaaS industry. At Connectel, we empower businesses to deliver great customer service. This involves enhancing the way they engage and interact with their customers through our contact center software.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • on-boarding our customers to Connectel´s platform and solutions, together with our customer
  • support new as well as established customers via email, phone, meetings - online-meetings and sometimes at the customer´s site
  • manage technical requirements from our customers
  • map our customers´ processes to Connectel´s platform
  • keep our help center, product guides, and FAQ updated
  • conduct development meetings
  • collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to contribute to additional sales
  • collaborate with our product management team to manage requirements and contribute to new functionality
  • come up with new innovative ways to simplify and improve the experience for our customers and for their customers

You must be fluent in Swedish and English. If you have proficiency in and can work professionally in either French, German or Spanish, we see that as a plus. 

You will be part of Connectel's Customer Success team based at the Stockholm Office.
