Location: Remote e.g. Germany

Responsibilities: 

  • The KAM is responsible for sales development and account management of specified Telecom customers (MNOs and/or TowerCos) in Central Europe.
  • Commercial responsibility for client’s business. Liaison with customers’ procurement organizations
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction for named clients
  • Market Polarium’s offerings. Optimizing the gross profit by selling the value of the solution
  • Manage the customer relation throughout the project life cycle in cooperation with other departments within Polarium
  • Understand the customer’s needs and what is important for them
  • Plan, organize, manage, and control sales and customer program activities to meet set objectives
  • Maximize both present and long-term revenues and gross profits
  • Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) any customer complaints

Qualifications and experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales with large telecom account management
  • Experience in sales with complex energy products, preferably in the telecom power supply and/or battery field
  • Technical savvy in the field of telecom power and/or battery systems
  • University degree in tech, business, or relevant field
