We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support projects in a global company in Lund. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the PMO administrator with the administrative tasks for NCSP programme
  • Consultant onboarding support
  • Assist in making meeting arrangements, booking lunches etc.

 

Requierd skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in administrative work
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to work with a multicultural team
  • Good written and communication skills in English.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with.
