Depuis 1966, le site Essity de Kunheim (68) est investi dans la fabrication de papier hygiénique et de mouchoirs à usage unique ainsi que d’essuie-tout. Sa fabrication se concentre désormais sur les marques distributeurs. Quotidiennement, le site produit 1,8 millions de rouleaux de papier toilette, 300 000 rouleaux d’essuie-tout et pas moins de 18 millions de mouchoirs.

Depuis fin 2015, le site est équipé d’une station biologique de traitement des eaux par un dispositif de lagunage planté de roseaux, unique en milieu industriel en France.

Le site comprend un centre de Recherche et Développement de rayonnement mondial et n ous recrutons un(e) Coordinateur(rice) Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement.

Vous serez rattaché au Responsable H ygiène, Sécurité et Environnement . Avec près de 100 personnes, l e site R&D de Essity développe la majorité des innovations de nos marques tels que Lotus & Tork .

Ce poste est créé pour renforcer l’équipe HSE du site.

A propos du poste

Le(a) Coordinateur( rice ) HSE participe à la stratégie définie et doit en assurer la bonne réalisation: évalue et prévient les risques sécurité et environnement, anime et forme le personnel à la sécurité et environnement, veille au respect de la réglementation.

Il (elle) est garant (e) des processus mis en place sur le site afin de respecter les normes, et maintenir les certifications du site.

Ce que vous allez faire

Proposer et participer à l’amélioration du système de Management et des processus de l’entreprise.

Mettre à jour les analyses de risques professionnels, chimiques, environnementaux et des process.

Implémenter les standards du Groupe et réaliser les actions pour assurer la conformité.

Assister les responsables de départements à effectuer les analyses d'accidents, incidents et animer la gestion des risques au sein de leurs équipes.

Préparer et délivrer des formations sécurité (ex: Accueil, sensibilisations du personnel, procédures d’urgence).

Préparer et délivrer les déclarations en lien avec l’environnement (ex: Gerep , suivi track déchets, ICPE).

Préparer des supports de communication.

Réaliser des audits terrains.

Assurer les remontées d’informations requises (règlementaires, groupe)

Suivi de chantiers dans les aspects HSE.

Organiser les réunions de suivi des plans d’actions.

Assure la veille réglementaire et sa bonne mise en application.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Titulaire d’un diplôme de 2 e cycle universitaire ( Licence Pro, BUT ) spécialisé en sécurité & environnement

Expérience professionnelle requise de 5 ans minimum dans l’industrie dans un service Sécurité-Environnement

Vous êtes force de proposition et savez gérer les priorités

Vous êtes rigoureux, solidaire et avez des capacités à communiquer avec tout type d’interlocuteur

Vous maîtrisez l’outil bureautique (Office 365)

Vous êtes une personne de terrain.
