Hur du kommer att påverka :

Ta med dig din passion för kvalitet till teamet som är med och ansvarar för att utveckla tekniken och produkterna i företaget . Använd din problemlösningsförmåga och ditt kritiska tänkande för att få insikt från tillverkning , kvalitet och försäljning som du även kommer att använda för att utveckla lösningar på befintliga problem och framtida produktutveckling . Din roll har ett direkt inflytande på vårt företags förmåga att leverera våra framtida löften och åtaganden till befint lig a oc h nya k u nder . I din roll som kvalitetsingenjör kommer du även att:

  • Verka för en förbättrad kvalitetsnivå på producerade produkter i fabriken i stort

  • Ansvara för att skapa och uppdatera kontrollplaner per produkt.

  • Säkerställa att referensmaterial finns tillgängligt för kommande produktioner

  • Stötta Contract Management i offertprocessen.

  • Delta i godkännanden av produkter.

  • Tolka kundkrav och förmedla innehållet i specifikationer. Upprätta interna specifikationer och uppdatera tekniska system

  • Säkerställa goda relationer internt och externt.

Kunskap och expertis som betyder mest för denna roll:

Ansvarsområden :

  • Utbildning / Erfarenhet : Minst 3-årig högskoleingenjörsutbildnin g elle r motsvarand e .

  • Stötta i produkt- och processutvecklingsarbete drivet av andra delar av företaget

  • Handleda och introducera kollegor för att uppnå rätt kompetens.

  • Hålla dig uppdaterad om och följa Crane ABs policies , rutiner och instruktioner och säkerställa att interna och externa kravföljs för de processer som berör rollen.

  • Driva utredningar och skapa 8D rapport med fokus på rotorsak, korrigerande och förebyggande åtgärd.

  • Analysera produktionsutfall och skapa uppföljande underlag både internt och till kund.

  • Hantera avvikande material och medverka till att korrekta beslut avseende kvalitet fattas i rätt tid.

  • Språk : Mycket god kommunikation i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet inom papperskemi / pappersteknik

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med LEAN, IATF, PFMEA, Controlplan , SPC, MSA eller andra kvalitetsverktyg .
