Om rollen

Kivra är Sveriges största och tryggaste plats för viktigheter. Som CFO kommer du verka för att utveckla och växa Kivra till en långsiktig, stark och hållbar affär. Både för våra ägare, men framförallt för våra tiotusentals avsändare och miljontals användare. Ditt uppdrag är att managera företagets finanser vilket innefattar såväl planering, rapportering samt säkerställande av finansiell stabilitet och regelefterlevnad. Du kommer även leda finansfunktionen, tillsammans med tre stycken direktrapporterande.

Kivra har en extremt stark marknadsposition, med en tjänst som används av knappt 6 miljoner svenskar. Du kommer att arbeta nära CEO och tillsammans med övriga ledningsgruppen i att säkerställa att Kivra fattar välinformerade och väl avvägda strategiska beslut kring hur vi fortsätter bredda och utveckla både vår affär och produkt. Vår unika position möjliggör ett oändligt antal affärsstrategiska möjligheter och vägval, och din viktigaste uppgift är att hjälpa företagsledningen att förstå vad vi ska välja att göra, och vad vi ska välja att inte göra. Detta innefattar såväl vägval för affär och produkt, som förvärv och internationell expansion.

Vidare kommer du att ansvara för det företagsövergripande budgetarbetet, inklusive rapportering och uppföljning. Som CFO kommer du säkerställa att Kivra efterlever de finansiella regler och standarder som krävs.

Vi söker

För att passa i rollen som CFO på Kivra är du en person med en stark affärsinriktning och en solid bakgrund inom finansområdet. Din roll i ledningsgruppen är avgörande för att styra och utveckla företaget, där en balans mellan analytisk skärpa och ett genuint affärsengagemang är nyckelfaktorer. Som en samarbetsvillig individ bidrar du med nödvändigt finansiellt stöd och strävar efter att vara en synlig och engagerad del av organisationen på alla nivåer. Vi tror att du har en väl utvecklad kommunikativ förmåga, vilket tillåter dig att obehindrat arbeta tillsammans med interna som såväl externa stakeholders. Vidare tror vi att du har en hög strategisk förmåga, som du har skaffat dig från tidigare erfarenhet i tillväxtbolag där du även har drivit operativt förändringsarbete.

I din roll som CFO kommer du att förse organisationen med djupgående kunskap inom ekonomi, vilket är avgörande i Kivras fortsatta expansionsfas. En entreprenöriell inställning är grundläggande för framgång. Förväntningar på dig inkluderar starkt affärstänkande och förmågan att prioritera effektivt. Du kombinerar ambition med lyhördhet och ödmjukhet, vilket gör det möjligt för dig att maximera den befintliga kompetensen inom företaget och ge starkt stöd till såväl ledning som styrelse i deras strategiska arbete.
