Are you an experienced Performance Marketer looking for new challenges? Then you've come to the right place

As a Performance Marketer, you will have overall responsibility for setting up and optimizing our conversion rates in all of Sysarb's digital channels, with focus on web, social, SEO and SEM. You will work together with Sysarbs Head of Marketing as reporting manager and closely with our commercial team in Stockholm to achieve our set goals.


The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for performance marketing (Google Ads and paid social)
  • Optimizing (A/B test) our conversation on our web, marketing automation (Hubspot) landing pages, G2/Capterra, white papers, CTAs, UX flows, etc.
  • Coordinating and optimizing SEO
  • Tracking and analyzing our KPIs

About you:

We are looking for someone who is a team player and understands the importance of close collaboration with colleagues at all levels. You are solution-oriented and enjoy finding new opportunities, being willing to try, fail, and learn from mistakes. You thrive in a learning environment where you are given a lot of trust and responsibility. Additionally, you have an eye for numbers and analysis and can easily identify synergies between different digital channels. You understand how communication is tailored to target audiences and our customer journey.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in:

  • B2B Performance Marketing (Growth funnel optimization)
  • Several years of experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot marketing hub (or similar), SEO, wordpress/CMS and paid social
  • Ability to understand technical systems, numbers, and statistics
  • Ability to write informative and persuasive ads
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

  • What we offer:
  • Competitive Compensation. For this role (Level 3 in our job architecture) our salary is targeted at 35 000 to 50 000 SEK in base. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
