Maria Nila is looking for a Marketing Coordinator whose main focus will be to support the Marketing team in growing Maria Nila internationally. Maria Nila is one of the world’s fastest growing hair care brands with lots of potential and opportunities on the global market. You will get the chance to influence and make a big difference within the team as Maria Nila is on a journey to become leading within sustainable beauty.

As a Marketing Coordinator you’ll be a key player in the marketing team, working operationally to optimize Maria Nila’s performance on several markets.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Managers as well as the Commercial team and Maria Nila distributors and agencies. You will report to Head of Marketing EMEA and APAC
  • Distribute marketing material, data and products to agencies, distributors and other partners
  • Plan and execute marketing and PR activities as well as events
  • Research channels, partnerships and collaborations
  • Cooperate with influencers and partners
  • Maintain and implement marketing strategies to reach KPIs
  • Evaluate agencies PR and marketing results on monthly retainers and projects
  • Create the most attractive brand in the beauty industry, with 100% vegan, animal friendly and climate compensated products made in Sweden

MARIA NILA IS LOOKING FOR THE ONE WITH:

  • A Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar roll within marketing at the beginning of the career. Experience with digital communication and great knowledge about marketing through social channels is an extra plus
  • Good knowledge on how to use Office programs
  • Native Swedish speaker with strong communication skills in English, writing and speaking fluently
  • A big interest and understanding for the beauty industry
  • A proactive mindset with focus on growth and development for Maria Nila
