Ler du av tanken på att stärka varumärken och driva tillväxt tillsammans med ett ambitiöst team?  Vi på Yipin söker nu en driven, självgående och kreativ Marketing Activation Manager med några års erfarenhet från growth marketing, gärna inom FMCG. I stora drag får du vara med och utveckla marknadsföringsstrategier samt jobba hands-on med digital marknadsföring, med fokus på MA genom nyhetsbrev och CRO. Det är ett plus om du även har erfarehet av Paid Social (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Du blir en del av ett hungrigt team på vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm, och en viktig del av nästa tillväxtresa. 

 

Yipin vilka är vi? 

Hösten 2017 började vi sälja vår första tofuprodukt i matbutiken. Idag är vi #1 inom tofu och tempeh i Sverige, samt har ett breddat produktsortiment med asiatiska såser, nudlar och asiatiska färdigrätter. Vår resa började dock för mer än 25 år sedan, när vi i familjen Lu flyttade från Kina till Sverige år 1998. Då gjorde vi vår första svenska tofu, i vårt eget kök och med gammelmormors traditionella tofurecept. Än idag gör vi tofun utifrån samma recept, i vår egen tofufabrik i Vallentuna norr om Stockholm. Vi hade inte kunnat ana att vår tofu skulle säljas i över 1500 matbutiker och serveras på trendiga restauranger runtom i Sverige. 

Sedan inträdet i dagligvaruhandeln 2017 har vi vunnit priser som DI Mästergasell, DI Gasell 2019-2022, och år 2023 belönades vår rebranding med 1:a pris för strategisk design i tävlingen 100 Wattaren. För rätt kandidat är detta en spännande möjlighet att ta varumärket och kommunikationen till nästa nivå tillsammans med Head of Marketing och resten av teamet.

Om rollen:

Som Marketing Activation Manager (Digital Growth) på Yipin får du förtroendet att genom marknadsaktiveringar driva varumärkeskännedom hos relevanta målgrupper och lyfta kommunikationen till nästa nivå. Du får bidra till strategin och jobba hands-on med många olika delar inom marknadsföring, till exempel:

  • Jobba med CRO för att öka antalet prenumeranter på våra nyhetsbrev
  • Ansvar för MA och nyhetsbrev: T ex segmentering, bygga automatiserade flöden, utforma nyhetsbreven utifrån mallar och skriva copy i samarbete med Head of Marketing
  • Paid social: Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Analys- och innehållsansvar på  : Produktion av texter och uppdatering av sökordsoptimerat innehåll. Uppföljning, analys och webboptimering
  • Hands-on arbete med att stötta upp andra områden inom marknad, t ex PR-utskick
  • Samarbeta nära Head of Marketing, KAM och produktchef för att maximera resultatet av olika aktiveringar
  • Vara delaktig i att sätta strategier för övergripande marknadsföring i samråd med Head of Marketing

 

Övriga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Ha örat mot rälsen genom omvärldsbevakning och dataanalys för att ringa in marknadstrender, konsumentbeteenden och relevanta målgrupper
  • Få möjlighet att driva marknadsrelaterade initiativ och projekt internt och med byrå eller frilansdesigner
  • Optimera delar av marknadsbudgeten i samråd med Head of Marketing

 

Erfarenhet & kompetens:

  • 1-3 års erfarenhet som Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, Marketing Activation Manager eller liknande, med goda resultat (meriterande om erfarenhet från startup eller scaleup inom DVH, och/eller erfarenhet från byrå eller e-handel)
  • Skrivsäker med ett öga för design och content (bild, video, sociala medier, förpackningar, broschyrer/foldrar etc.)
  • Relevant akademisk utbildning inom growth marketing, digital marknadsföring, kommunikation, business development eller motsvarande 
  • Meriterande:  Hands-on erfarenhet av t ex kreativa kommunikationskoncept, Marketing Automation och CRO, PR eller event
