Som en CSM på Infobric Equipment & Assets kommer du att spela en viktig roll för att bygga upp strategiska relationer med våra största kunder och driva värdebaserade konversationer för att främja långsiktiga partnerskap. Gillar du utmaningar och en möjlighet att snabbt kunna göra skillnad så är detta rollen för dig Dina arbetsuppgifter: Kundrelationer: Skapa och underhålla starka kundrelationer genom personlig service och proaktivt identifiera tillväxtmöjligheter. Onboarding och användning: Leda onboardingprocessen för nya kunder och erbjuda kontinuerlig vägledning för optimal produktanvändning. Kundresan och nöjdhet: Aktivt övervaka användningsdata, engagera kunder för ökad produktanvändning och lösa problem empathetically. Förnyelser och expansion: Samarbeta med säljteamet för att identifiera förnyelse- och expansionsmöjligheter och maximera retention. Produktfeedback och kundförespråkande: Samla in feedback, agera som kundens röst internt och samarbeta med marknadsföring för att stärka kundrelationer. Kvalifikationer: - Vi söker dig som har:

  • Erfarenhet av Customer Success, Account Management eller relaterade roller i SaaS-bolag.
  • God förståelse för Software as a Service (SaaS)-affärsmodeller och förmåga att kommunicera tekniska begrepp.
  • En passion för att leverera exceptionella kundupplevelser och kundnöjdhet.
  • Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska, både skriftliga och muntliga, med förmågan att anpassa kommunikationsstilen till olika målgrupper.
  • Förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla starka kundrelationer.
  • Ett analytiskt tänkesätt med förmågan att utnyttja data för att ta fram och driva igenom Customer Success strategier.
  • Empati, tålamod och förmåga att aktivt lyssna på kundens behov.
