Bankgirot har nu fått ett spännande uppdrag att ta fram framtidens betalinfrastruktur. Detta innebär att vi nu kommer gå in i en spännande fas och växa vår IT-organisation, skapa och forma nya processer samt genomföra nya spännande projekt och initiativ.

Inköps- och leverantörsstyrningsfunktionens uppdrag är att vara en gemensam, bolagsövergripande funktion som ska vara både stödjande och styrande för både inköps- och kontraktsförvaltningsprocessen.

Inköps- och leverantörsstyrningsfunktionens uppdrag är att vara en gemensam, bolagsövergripande funktion som ska vara både stödjande och styrande för både inköps- och kontraktsförvaltningsprocessen.

 

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Tillsammans med dina fyra kollegor verka för att alla typer av inköp fungerar på ett effektivt sätt som ger bra pris och prestanda för Bankgirot.
  • Driva inköpsrelaterade inköp – och upphandlingar samt tillhörande aktiviteter i enlighet med beslutade processer.
  • Leverantörsstyrning: Säkerställa att valda leverantörer kvalificerar sig till de kriterier Bankgirot specificerat.
  • Sammanställa och skicka RFI/RFP, leverantörsutvärderingar, inköpskalkyler, kontraktsförhandlingar samt stödja i implementationsprocessen.
  • Aktivt arbeta med omvärldsbevakning av leverantörsmarknaden.
  • Delaktighet i utformandet av leverantörsrelaterade – avtalsmallar, metoder, riktlinjer och samt inköp – och upphandlingspolicyn.
  • Stötta vid förändringar av, mot kunden, betalmodeller, affärsmodeller eller leveransmodeller m.m. inom ramen för pågående upphandling.

Vi söker dig som är drivande, analytisk, strukturerad och en trygg, erfaren, kommunikativ inköpare. Du är bra på att skapa struktur och se möjligheter. Du är både operativ och strategiskt lagd. Du har en förmåga att motivera och utveckla både inköpskategorier samt processer.

 

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Gedigen erfarenhet som Inköpare inom IT och inköpsstrategier inom IT-kategorier med fokus på hårdvara, mjukvara, licenser, molnlösningar, tjänster och outsourcing.
  • Mångårig erfarenhet från Inköp- och leverantörsstyrning samt förhandlingar.
  • Du är trygg och van att arbeta med komplexa upphandlingar.
  • Du har tidigare arbetat i regulatoriska verksamheter som står under myndighetstillsyn.
  • Du tycker om att utveckla och effektivisera inköpsprocesser.
  • Du är van att arbeta i flera projekt från ett inköpsperspektiv.
