We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm to support our continuous growth. As a TAM at Tink, you will be a part of the Delivery team where we support customers post-sales, making sure they are activated and start using our services according to plan. You will be the technical champion and expert both within Tink and externally, as well an important stakeholder within the Tink organization. During your day-to-day activities you will meet large corporate banks, as well as fintech unicorns and startups, to help them with the technical integration of the Tink services and products.

Your role will be customer-facing and you will interact with CTOs as well as developers. During these interactions you will not only need to manage technical discussions and challenges on different levels, but you are also expected to bring back customer feedback to the Tink product organisation that could impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our developers and product managers.

What we offer:
  • Meeting with large corporate banks, financial institutions, fintech unicorns and startups to educate them on how they can integrate the Tink platform into their organization.

  • Close collaboration and communication to advise on best-practice solutions for your customer's use cases, which usually involves non out-of-the-box integrations.

  • Responsible for your customer's technical setup, both during onboarding and their whole life cycle.

  • Focusing on the technical aspects for our largest and most complex customer, but with a business mindset to support both Tink's roadmap as well as the customer goals.

  • Being the source of Technical and Product expertise and advisory both externally to customers and internally to your Tink colleagues.

  • Partnering closely with the Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Product teams to achieve highest levels of success for our customers.

  • Join strategic/tactical meetings with current customers to support up-selling of our products.

  • Source insights from our customers into our organization.

  • Impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our product managers and developers at HQ in Stockholm and include local knowledge in the development process.

  • Collaborate with the geographically distributed TAM team members, as well as the entire Delivery team, to share learnings and constantly improve our way of working.

  • Be part of an international team where we share ideas, insights, and support each other.

We would love to meet someone with:

  • 5+ years work experience

  • Either tech background (such as developer, architect or other tech role), or product background with technical depth

  • Experience from fast paced work environments (e.g. fintech and/or startup) is meriting

  • Banking experience is preferred

  • Worked in a position with significant B2B customer interaction, preferably with a with a customisable and evolving product, requiring deep understanding of the customer needs

  • Product management or project management skills from digital product development projects

  • Fluent in English. Extra languages are meriting.

  • M.Sc. degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics is beneficial
