Vi på PrimeComp söker just nu en mycket skicklig och driven Business Controller till vår konsultverksamhet för uppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Stockholm. Som Business Controller i detta uppdrag är ditt huvudsakliga fokus att driva utvecklingen och styrningen av affärsverksamheten. I din dagliga rutin ansvarar du för att noggrant följa och analysera intäkter, kostnader, resultat samt mål och nyckeltal enligt affärsplanen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att inkludera:

  • Assistera vid skapandet av finansiella rapporter och delta i affärsplanering och budgetprocesser. 
  • Ta fram statistik och löpande rapportering av ekonomiska nyckeltal och trender.
  • Analysera företagets resultat och lönsamhet. Utvärdera kostnadsstrukturer och marginaler samt följa upp kassaflödesutvecklingen.
  • Delta i verksamhets- och utvecklingsprojekt för att säkerställa att ekonomiska aspekter beaktas och bidra med finansiell expertis och analytiskt stöd.
  • Utföra kvalitetskontroller av finansiella rapporteringsdata.
  • Delta i förbättringsinitiativ för finansiell redovisning.
  • Ansvara för att aktivt ta fram och delta i granskning av diverse business case. 

 

Kompetens:

För att vara framgångsrik i rollen som Business Controller i detta uppdrag bör du ha följande kompetenser:

  • Magisterexamen och/eller kandidatexamen i finans/ekonomi. 
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta i rollen som Business controller. 
  • Erfarenhet av framställande av olika designer i form av affärsmodeller, lönsamhetsmodeller och strategier m.m. 
  • Bekväm att arbeta i olika affärs- och ekonomisystem. 
  • Behärskar det svenska och engelska språket mycket bra, både i tal och skrift.

  • Du har en hög integritet och analytisk förmåga. 
  • Stark kommunikations- och interpersonell förmåga. 
  • Kan arbeta självständigt och driva eget arbete framåt.
  • Ser samband mellan siffror och verksamhet. 
  • Kan hantera stor mängd data och van vid analysarbete.
  • God förmåga att kommunicera och arbeta tillsammans med andra.
  • Viljan och drivet att lära sig nya saker och ständigt utvecklas.
  • Förmåga att skapa förtroende gentemot kollegor och kunder.
  • Förmåga att vara lyhörd - lyssna och läsa mellan raderna.
  • Förmågan att vara förändringsbenägen - kunna anpassa sig, acceptera tvära kast och nya förutsättningar.
