Om Rollen

Vi sker en Senior Business Controller till Selecta Sverige vid vrt huvudkontor i Solna Strand. I rollen kommer du att ha ett vergripande ansvar fr business case processen maskinlnsamhetsuppfljning samt huvudansvaret fr att stdja sljfunktionen i deras strvan att bli mer effektiva och kostnadseffektiva. I rollen arbetar du nra tv andra controllers p avdelningen och rapporterar till Head of Business Control.

Detta r en spnnande mjlighet fr dig som vill arbeta inom business controlling i en internationell milj. Du kommer att f en djupgende insikt i fretagets verksamhet och ha mjlighet att pverka processer och arbetsstt. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsomrden innefattar:

  • Skerstllande att vr business case kalkyl uppdateras och fungerar i enlighet med vra processer och erbjudanden
  • Granskning av business cases och fresl om individuella case skall godknnas eller inte.
  • Rapportering analys och uppfljning av lnsamheten p maskinniv samt stdja verksamheten i arbetet med att gra vr maskinpark mer lnsam.
  • Rapportering analys och prognos fr hur vr maskinpark utvecklas i hnseende till klientfrluster och vinster eller utkning av klienter
  • Uppfljning och forecasting av Capex behovet inom verksamheten. Samt hur maskinfrsljningen vntas utvecklas
  • Stdja sljorganisationen i deras uppfljning av kostnader och budgetframtagande
  • Att fungera som std fr ledningen externa parter och interna beslutsfattare genom att vara ett bollplank och ge support.
  • Deltagande i projekt
  • Att driva Controllingfunktionen mot att vara proaktiv och fortstta automatiseringsarbetet tillsammans med dina kollegor.

Din Profil / Kravstllning

Vi sker dig med erfarenhet inom liknande arbete grna frn en internationell organisation och med exponering inom bde Business Sales Controlling. Du har ett genuint intresse fr systemfrgor och ekonomistyrning och en stark analytisk frmga. Goda sprkkunskaper i svenska och engelska bde i tal och skrift r en frutsttning. Avancerade kunskaper i Excel r ett starkt plus d vi r i behov av att automatisering och effektivisering.

  • Eget driv sjlvgende och en nyfikenhet att hitta lsningar
  • Strukturerad arbetsstil och frmga att arbeta effektivt med kvalitet mot ibland tighta deadlines
  • Erfarenhet av att erbjuda support samtidigt som du utmanar verksamheten
