Join the team and help us make an already awesome product even better As a Growth Product Manager, you will own and define the vision and roadmap for our growth team. You will be part of a cross-functional product team with designers and developers. Your team will be focussed on trial to premium conversions and activation metrics like the “Aha” Moment. You’ll connect marketing traffic to product features. Your metrics are directly connected to revenue goals. In a bit more detail, your tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to develop and optimize user acquisition and conversion paths.
  • Communicating and promoting the vision to create excitement and keep motivation high within the team.
  • Leading product discovery and validation, including data analysis, user research and testing, prototyping and competitor analysis.
  • Defining goals and measurable outcomes in line with Bokio’s business priorities and aligning stakeholders in product.
  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, and ensuring alignment and effective collaboration with other product teams.
Who you are
  • Very strong problem solver - as comfortable with qualitative input from customer interviews as you are crunching through quantitative metrics.
  • You have good business judgment and are able to translate business priorities to product implications and customer value.
  • Communication is one of your strengths, and you can get your message across with engineering, design, business development or other stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable making and communicating tough decisions to other teams, management and stakeholders across the organization.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in product manager roles, preferably from fast-growing software companies.
  • Experience from running your own company and/or from accounting industry and/or fintech is a big plus.
Location We have a Hybrid work model with remote ~3 days/week and ~2 days on-site at our office in central Gothenburg or Stockholm.
