Dina ansvarsområden

Som marin servicetekniker kommer du att spela en avgörande roll för att säkerställa att Consilium Safetys larm- och utrustningssystem fungerar optimalt över hela världen.

Dina ansvarsområden kommer att inkludera:

Avancerad service och I drifttagning: Du kommer att vara ansvarig för planering och utförande av avancerad service och idrifttagning av vår utrustning, med särskild tonvikt på Consiliums brand- och gaslarm. Denna arbete utförs på varv och fartyg både nationellt och internationellt. Du kommer att effektivt utföra service, inspektioner och idrifttagning, dra nytta av din tekniska expertis samtidigt som du säkerställer att projektets tidsramar och budgetar uppfylls.

Dokumentation: Noga dokumentera utförda uppgifter i vårt CRM-system (LIME) för att stödja våra kontinuerliga förbättringsinsatser, både tekniskt och ur ett försäljningsperspektiv.

Kundsupport: Hjälpa våra globala kunder genom att tillhandahålla teknisk support via telefon och e-post, bidra till att upprätthålla de högsta nivåerna av kundnöjdhet.

Utbildning: Genomföra utbildningssessioner om Consiliums larm system för vårt interna team, servicerepresentanter och besättningar.

Ditt arbete kommer att vara baserat på vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg, med cirka 120 resdagar per år för att stödja våra globala kunder.

Vem letar vi efter?

Vi tror att du är en pålitlig och anpassningsbar person som:

  • Har en examen inom marin teknik, maskinteknik, elektronikteknik eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
  • Besitter arbetslivserfarenhet inom marinindustrin.
  • Det är bra om du har förståelse för internationella marinregler.
  • Är skicklig på självständigt planera och utföra reparationer och anpassningar av larm system.
  • Är flytande i både svenska och engelska.
  • Har ett giltigt B-körkort.
