About the role:

Were looking for a dedicated BookKeeper to join our office in Tel Aviv.

Report to the Sr. Director of Finance.

We seek a candidate with a passion for problemsolving and a commitment to delivering topnotch customer service. In this position youll be responsible for entering all financial transactions into the accounting system including working with suppliers employees adjustments credit banks payments and crosssectional orders. We seek someone with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail who thrives on process improvement and enjoys working in a challenging fastpaced environment to support our growth.

You ll be working 3 days a week from our office in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:
  • General ledger maintenance and reconciliation
  • Verify classify and record all transactions at the GL.
  • Vouchering invoices matching invoices to POs and ensuring 3way match is mandated AP Payments and AP reconciliations including global vendors.
  • Reviewing Travel reports and ensuring compliance with company policy and tax requirements
  • Overseeing bank transactions and responsibility for cash reconciliations
  • Act as point of contact with suppliers and purchasing managers
  • Working closely with the US team
  • Credit Cards reconciliations
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Reporting to the authorities and monthly closures.

Requirements :

  • At least seven years of bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience from a hightech a significant advantage
  • Previous experience from a global company a must
  • Experience on NetSuite a must
  • High proficiency in Excel and English (conversation reading and writing)
  • Good ability to work independently make decisions and prioritize tasks
  • A team player with a cando attitude
  • Assertive and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
