About the role

In the role of E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating our e-commerce marketplace,communication, service and support towards colleagues, suppliers and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuringtop-quality for our E-Commerce products and report to Head of Engage Nordics.

You will for instance

• Build & launch deals, campaignsand communication activities visible for 1M users
• Support two teamswith operational &administrative tasks
• Ensure quality & functionality of product offerings
• Coordinate & manage incoming questions about our E-commerce products.

To be successful in this position, being organized and collaborative is crucialas you willnavigate between two teams and support with various tasks while planning communication and campaign activities.Being communicative is key to interact with external partners, internal stakeholders and target communication to end-users successfully. In addition, youhave a commercial mindset and are attentive to details , which enables you to ensure quality towards clientsas well as creating strong engagement among users.

We also see that you have

• 1 year of workingexperience within E-commerce or similar for example as E-Commerce Assistant orE-Commerce Coordinator.
• Experience of a Content Management System (CMS) or email marketing tool for newsletters.
• Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• A higher education withinE-Commerce, Marketing or similar are considered a plus for this role, however not required.

• Start: As soon as we find the right fit, preferably in June
• Duration: ASAP until August 2025 due to parental leave
• Extent: Full-time, 100%
