Key Tasks & responsibilities

Coach and challenge in identifying, prioritizing, and specifying IT related demands
Closely work with our European and Nordic teams to align and prioritize demand pipeline
Organize and ensure execution of UAT (User Acceptance Tests) across Cluster Nordic Air Production Systems
Work with Region and liaise with other Clusters to advise and support development
Responsibility for local interfaces with customers, suppliers, and other external partners
Provide leadership to Training resources and contribute to best practice sharing
Provide Train-the-trainer training to country responsibles as required
Ensure, organize, and coordinate onboarding / refresher / skill-up trainings
