Talent Acquisition Partner

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be part of the global HR team, based in Camurus’ head office in Lund, and you will report to the Head of HR. One of your main responsibilities will be to secure the right competences for our current and future needs. You will primarily support the headquarters with recruitment but also provide talent acquisition guidance to our affiliates as needed. Your focus will also be to ensure we have efficient tools in place when it comes to recruiting; both in terms of system support as well as tools to evaluate and assess candidates. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure we have the right partners in recruitments where we need to use external agencies. You will work closely with our Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist to ensure we have an attractive and well-communicated employer brand. Apart from being responsible for our recruitment services, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners, supporting the business with HR deliveries as needed.

Candidate profile

You have a proven track record of 3-5 years working with recruitment and talent development in an international organization. You have a passion for understanding the business and its needs. We expect you to have experience of drivingprojects with a customer focused mindset and an ability to build effective relationships across the whole organization. You are a proactive problem solver and clear communicator, resilient and able to perform under pressure. You are fluent in oral and written Swedish, as well as English, and an experienced user of the MS Office package and relevant recruitment platforms.

We expect you to have a university degree within HR or other relevant area, knowledge of Swedish labour legislation and knowledge of how to drive efficient recruitment processes.

You are motivated by working, both independently and in a team, in a structured and goal-oriented way. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a flexible mind, able to respond to changing business needs.

This position is based at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.
