WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER CLOTHING, to join the Product Department in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Senior Product Manager for Clothing, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to Haglöfs' ongoing success by developing, maintaining, and delivering a category range based on the overall strategy set by the Head of Category. You will lead the seasonal category plan and development, working closely with the Design, Development, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure the range has the greatest potential to achieve seasonal and long-term targets.

This role is cross-functional and demands strong product leadership and knowledge. Success requires a deep understanding of the brand, extensive category knowledge, and insight into the product development and production process.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at our HQ in Alvik, Stockholm and you will report directly to the Head of Category.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that product offerings are optimized to fulfill Strategy ambitions and category strategies set by the Management Group and Head of Category, both in the long term and seasonally.
  • Create and implement a competitive range strategy and secure successful product management and KPI delivery from plan to final product.
  • Responsible for Category price strategy fulfillment of margin targets.
  • Responsible to deliver a responsible product offer compliant to the company’s sustainability plan.
  • Analyses of sales data, market development, competitors, and trends.
  • Product data management
  • Product-, and category presentations
  • Travel to various markets and production countries is included.


This role is responsible for optimizing the assortment and products to align with target groups, distribution channels, and brand direction. Additionally, it supports price negotiation on products and leads allocated task forces while facilitating interaction with the Commercial team and customers.

As a Senior Product Manager, you carry the responsibility of forecasting. Furthermore, this role involves creating detailed product briefs and ensuring understanding and delivery from all teams. It plays a pivotal role in securing a full understanding of the product's purpose and target group, serving as the go-to person for other product functions within the allocated category.

We are looking for a communicative, engaging, and driven Senior Product Manager who has a deep understanding of end consumers' needs and a keen eye for developing the most innovative and high-performance products for all channels.


Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the outdoor/sports industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the retail landscape for outdoor/sports.
  • Good understanding of commercial range planning, pricing, and margins.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Very good knowledge in all standard Microsoft Office applications.
