About the role

This is a great opportunity if you already know your way around the communications, and marketing field and feel ready to dive into a new and challenging opportunity. You will work with many aspects of PR, communications, and marketing. You will execute on our set strategy, super hands-on write SoMe posts, articles, and press releases as well as suggest new opportunities long term..

To give you an overview of the role, here are some tasks and responsibilities, these will include, but not be limited to:

  • Oversee and implement the pr- and communication plan, aligned with business targets and long-term strategy.
  • Plan the approach for all our social media channels and execute, monitor and follow-up. (analytics)
  • Create, write, produce and oversee all social campaigns and activities, content, articles, press releases.
  • Support spokespeople with messaging and media prep, support during interviews and other critical events.
  • Coordinate projects within the NoA group and collaborate with other PR & Comms people across all markets.
  • Collaborate with NoA Talent Partners on employer branding activities and communications initiatives.
  • Build a network and liaise with stakeholders, journalists, and relevant industry people.
  • Conduct media monitoring, analysis and follow up, answer incoming press queries.


Who you are:

  • We think you have a background working as marketing & PR manager, journalist or social media manager and you love to build brands through creative and good pr- and communication activities.
  • You have a great interest in tech and design and come with experience in both writing and speaking about it. It’s an advantage if you have previous experience working in a tech/gaming environment and within our industry.
  • You have strong communications skills in both English as well as in Swedish.
  • You are organized and structured in order to deliver high-value results.
  • You need to be able to focus and get your point of view across.
  • You are open and willing to learn, but at the same time opinionated and ready to take some battles to get your side across.
