Hundratusentals människor skadas varje år, men väldigt få gör anspråk på- och får sina personliga försäkringsersättningar eftersom det är komplicerat att gå igenom en försäkringsprocess då det kräver tid, kunskap och tålamod. Vi på Insurello har utvecklat den första digitala lösningen som hjälper människor att få ut rätt ersättning från sina olycksfallsförsäkringar och göra det möjligt för alla. På 7 år har vi redan hjälpt mer än 30 000 personer att få rättvisa ersättningar och antalet användare växer för varje timme.

Om rollen:

Bakom vår innovativa digitala lösning finns ett fantastiskt team med handläggare som ser till att alla kunder som kontaktar Insurello får den bästa hjälpen och råden samt garanterar en fantastisk kundupplevelse. Inom Operations-teamet finns en Customer Service- team som ansvarar för daglig in- och utgående kommunikation med våra kunder i olika kanaler.

Vi letar efter en Customer Service Agent som vet hur man ger utmärkt service och älskar att hjälpa människor. En perfekt kandidat är en som behandlar sina medmänniskor med omtanke och tålamod, och alltid proaktivt letar efter de bästa lösningarna på kundernas problem. Dina dagliga uppgifter kommer huvudsakligen inkludera inkommande och utgående samtal över telefon, samt svara på chatt och mejl om kundernas feedback och frågor om sina ärenden hos oss. Du kommer även ha chans till att utvecklas och vara involverad och engegerad i andra projekt också, så som att ha kontakt med marknadsteamet, samt att få ta del av nöjda kunders omdömen.

Vem är du?

Du har en gymnasieexamen.

Du talar flytande svenska och engelska.

Du har erfarenhet av kundservice via telefon, chatt, och mail.

Du bryr dig om personer och finner glädje i att hjälpa dem. Du förstår att vara hjälpsam, omtänksam, tålmodig och förstående är nyckeln till fantastisk upplevelse för kunden.

Du kan se helheten i komplexa processer och förstår hur team och företag arbetar, hur personer och uppgifter relaterar till varandra. Utöver det gillar du att vara proaktiv och använda denna förståelse för att förbättra arbetet runt omkring dig.

Du uppskattar att samarbeta i team - du drar dig inte att be om råd från kollegor och sträcker ut en hand när du ser att hjälp behövs.

Du kan strukturera ditt dagliga arbete på ett effektivt sätt. Du är självständig, gillar utmaningar och att arbeta efter mål.

Du gillar omgivning med högt tempo, och är ivrig att anpassa och lära nya saker snabbt.
