Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are currently seeking a Software Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This is an Undetermined Duration Contract position based in Sweden, Gothenburg. 

  • Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 26262 and Autosar standards.

  • Familiarity with Simulink and Matlab software tools.

  • Experience working with Model-in-the-loop (MIL) and Software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing methodologies.

  • Adept at using AUTOSAR architecture for embedded systems development.

This role will challenge your technical skills while providing you the opportunity to work on exciting projects within a dynamic team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has honed their skills over the past four to six years in the field of software engineering. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, which enables you to communicate effectively within diverse teams.

  • You have strong expertise in Python, C++, ISO26262, MATLAB, Simulink, MIL/SIL testing methods as well as AUTOSAR architecture design principles.

  • Your ability to adapt quickly allows you to thrive even when faced with new technologies or challenging situations.

  • You possess excellent problem-solving abilities that enable you to tackle complex issues head-on without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Your communication skills allow you not only to articulate your ideas clearly but also understand others' perspectives effectively - fostering collaboration within your team.
