Swedish for Professionals (SpeakCharlie AB)grundades 2014 och erbjuder sprkutbildning och interkulturell affrstrning fr svl stora som sm fretag. I dagslget hjlper vi ett hundratal fretag med skrddarsydda kurser inom svenska engelska mandarin franska och interkulturell kommunikation.

Men resan har bara brjat. Vi str infr en spnnandeexpansion dr varumrket SpeakCharlie tar strre plats och vi breddar vrt produktutbud p fler marknader. Utver detgr vi frn att vara en sprkleverantr till en globaliseringspartner till fretag. Bolaget utvecklas snabbt och nu rdet en riktigt bra tid att ansluta till teamet.

Din roll som Sales & Growth Lead:

Som Sales & Growth Lead p SpeakCharlie kommer du vara en nyckelspelare i vr fortsatta tillvxt och utveckling. Huvudsaklig mlsttning r frsljningstillvxt vilket innefattar att leverera resultat frn bde befintliga och nya affrer.Dina primra ansvarsomrden kommer att inkludera:

  • Drivande av sljprocesser inom B2Bsektorn med fokus p att identifiera och prospektera nya affrsmjligheter.
  • Skapa och upprtthlla starka relationer med befintliga och potentiella kunder.
  • Coacha sljteamet fr att skerstlla effektiv frsljning och att n uppsatta ml.
  • Aktivt delta i affrsutveckling och hantering av kundider.
  • Ansvar fr marknadsfring (LinkedIn Google Ads mfl.)som en integrerad del av rollen.
