MW Field Services söker nu en Head of Operations som vill leda vår projektorganisation och arbeta med kompetenta Project Managers inom Network Implementation, drift och underhåll samt försvarsrelaterad infrastruktur.

Om tjänsten

Som Head of Operations är du ansvarig för att säkerställa att vår projektorganisation levererar med högsta kvalitet. Du arbetar nära våra Project Managers och ser till att resurserna möter våra kunders behov inom Telekom, Energi och Försvar.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Övergripande koordinering av projekt och säkerställande av produktion, tids- och kostnadsramar
  • Följa upp projektstatus avseende tid, kvalitet, lönsamhet och eventuella avvikelser
  • Analysera marknads- och kundförhållanden för att identifiera merförsäljningsmöjligheter
  • Leda utvecklingen av vår projektorganisation och skapa effektiva arbetsprocesser
  • Linjeansvar för vårt gemensamma projektkontor
  • Rapportera direkt till VD

Vem är du?

Vi söker en naturlig ledare med ett coachande förhållningssätt. Du är strukturerad men flexibel, trivs i en dynamisk miljö och har ett starkt driv för problemlösning och förbättringsarbete.

Vi ser att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i entreprenadsystem och analysera stora datamängder
  • Relevant utbildning på högskole-/universitetsnivå eller likvärdig erfarenhet
  • Gedigen erfarenhet som projektledare inom telekomindustrin – erfarenhet av produktion är meriterande
  • Svenskt medborgarskap
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Godkänd bakgrundskontroll

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från Försvarsmakten eller företag inom försvarssektorn
