Din roll och ditt ansvar

Är du en kommunikativ anläggningskonstruktör med intresse för att både leda andra och själv leverera i kundleveransprojekt, samt ständigt lära och utvecklas tillsammans med kollegor och kunder?

Hos oss får du chansen att vara en nyckelspelare i projekt som sträcker sig från kundens första behov till leverans i toppklass Vi söker en lösningsorienterad anläggningskonstruktör som vill ta tekniskt ledarskap för projekt inom pappers-, massa- och metallindustrin i Sverige – och driva förbättringar och automatiseringar för avdelningens verktyg och processer för att möta framtidens utmaningar.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Tekniskt ledarskap: Ansvara för teknisk leverans från försäljning till driftsättning och säkerställa att design och leverans möter regelverk, kvalitetsstandarder, och säkerhetskrav på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt. Fabriksprov (FAT), visuella inspektioner och regelbundna granskningar.
  • Projektkoordinering: Planera, leda, konstruera, och samordna tekniskt arbete från säljsupport till driftsättning i både stora och små kundprojekt och driva design-, installations- och leveransfaser.
  • Team lead: Du har ett intresse av att coacha andra att växa i sina roller och vill gärna medverka till att förbättra ingenjörsprocesser, verktyg, mallar och arbetssätt.
  • Kundkontakt: Delta i kundmöten och säkerställa projektanpassning och kundnöjdhet, inklusive platsbesök och idrifttagningar.
  • Tvärfunktionellt samarbete: Arbeta nära sälj-, projekt- och serviceteamen, samt inköp och leverantörer för att säkerställa kostnadseffektiv och kvalitativ leverans.

Kvalifikationer för rollen

  • Ingenjörsexamen inom Elkraft, Energi- eller Automationsingenjör med minst 3 års yrkeserfarenhet av AutoCAD Electrical, ElproCAD, Eplan eller Engineering Base.
  • Kunskap om anläggningskonstruktion och industriella styrsystem, gärna inom processindustrier som pappers-, massa-, gruv- eller stålindustrin.
  • En vilja att ständigt lära och utvecklas tillsammans med kollegor och kunder.
  • Du delar ABB:s kärnvärderingar om säkerhet och integritet, vilket innebär att du tar ansvar för dina handlingar och känner ett ansvar för dina kollegor och vår verksamhet.
  • Du är strukturerad och flexibel, med god förmåga att kommunicera med våra kunder.
  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.
  • B-körkort krävs eftersom kunderna finns på mindre orter över hela Sverige.
  • Meriterande: Erfarenhet från tidigare ledande befattning; Kunskap om industriella kontrollsystem (tex 800xA), drivsystem och ABB-produkter och system; Erfarenhet från processindustrin, särskilt inom massa- och pappersindustrin, gruvor eller järn- och stålbranschen.
