We have employees in Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Austria, and China—and now, we're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our team in Stockholm and accelerate our international growth.

About the role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, content creation, and marketing campaigns across Sweden and the European market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for various channels and target groups.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns with the team to support business growth.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites (or be eager to learn).
  • Create marketing materials and visuals using Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with international teams and external partners to drive marketing success

What we expect from you

  • Native-level Swedish language skills and excellent writing abilities.
  • Fluent English (additional language skills are an advantage).
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in logistics or another fast-paced environment.
  • A sales-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, customer journeys and lead generation.
  • A creative yet analytical approach; you're not just full of ideas but also ensure execution and results.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A self-driven and independent working style, as the team is based in different locations.
  • A relevant higher education degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Work location & Reporting

Location: Essinge Rail, Stockholm (on-site).
Team: Part of the group's Communications & Marketing team.
Reports to: Group Communications & Sustainability Director in Finland.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

Essinge Rail AB established on the Nordic transport market since 2006. The company conducts international transport and freight forwarding operations from Europe based on the forest industry's conventional railway systems. In-house, 250,000 tonnes of goods are transported in the food, trade and engineering segments from Europe. The company owns and operates both its own railway terminal and its own haulage company to meet high demands on quality, safety and the environment.

Based on the railways, we build transport solutions through sustainable, flexible and safe methods. Essinge Rail serves the entire Nordic region and our network of terminals covers large parts of Europe.
