And now, we're on a quest to find our Marketing Coordinator, someone as passionate as we are about making the world a happier place and enriching lives through the world of reading. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our Marketing Coordinator, your main responsibilities are to support and lead the execution of Nextory's local marketing strategies and campaigns in the Netherlands. You will play a crucial role in assisting the essential work of the marketing team, coordinating various tasks, projects, and activities to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

You'll also get to work hands-on with our social media channels in your local market—planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that connects with our audience. Whether it's crafting the perfect post, keeping up with trends, or analyzing performance, you'll be a key player in growing our brand's presence.

The position is based in Stockholm and you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe passion and creativity flow through your veins, and drive is your middle name – you're a master at combining and channeling these abilities into an organised and results-oriented working method. You have a can-do attitude and a broad understanding of creative communication and its importance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  1. We believe you have a university degree or diploma in marketing.
  2. We believe you have 2-3 years of experience working with various marketing and social media campaigns (even writing your own marketing plans) in your daily work.
  3. You're a Dutch native with local market knowledge.
  4. We believe you are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills in Dutch and a good command of English, both written and spoken. We'll be extra curious if you also master German
  5. We believe that you are a proactive and innovative person who's not afraid to generate new ideas based on data-driven insights.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND IMPORTANT DETAILS

At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That's why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
