What We're Looking For

We're hiring an AI Engineer Project Leader who will guide a team of engineers to develop AI-driven solutions for our clients. You'll lead AI projects from concept to deployment, managing both technical development and client relationships. The ideal candidate is experienced in AI, data science, and managing cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AI projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and deployment of AI models
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, define project scopes, and deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Guide a team of engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
  • Implement best practices in machine learning, ensuring high-quality code and model performance
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning advancements, applying them to improve our solutions

You should apply if you have
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, or data science
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing AI/ML projects from conception to completion
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of data science techniques, including language models, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • A passion for driving results and delivering high-quality solutions
