  • Balance innovation with practicality, focusing on leveraging the most suitable AI tools for each project.
  • Maintain expertise in AI landscape developments and contribute to defining our AI adoption strategy.
Key Qualifications
  • A strong background in software engineering, preferably in backend or ML development and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI/LLM technologies in production (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, vector databases, RAG, AI agents).
  • A pragmatic approach to AI, focusing on delivering tangible results.
  • Experience developing AI-powered applications that interact with real-world systems.
  • The ability to work independently, set goals, and drive projects forward.
  • Effective collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
