Ми — українська продуктова IT-компанія Galaktica, яка створює і просуває свої власні онлайн проєкти на найбільш платоспроможних ринках світу. Нашій компанії, як основному продукту, вже 4 роки. Наші продукти є успішними, що дає нам змогу забезпечувати ріст і розвиток співробітників, масштабуватися та інвестувати у створення нових внутрішніх стартапів.

Наразі, ми прагнемо до створення ІТ-холдингу та розробляємо новий стартап у цікавій ніші з використанням штучного інтелекту, який будемо масштабувати на весь світ. У зв'язку з цим ми вирішили посилити наш фінансовий відділ і наразі шукаємо талановитого та мотивованого IFRS Accountant, який хоче зростати разом з нашою командою та впливати на успіх наших проєктів.

Склад команди, до котрої ви приєднаєтеся: Head of treasury, 4 treasurers, 1 international accountant

Які навички та критерії нам зараз важливі:

  • Вища освіта за напрямом бухгалтерського обліку, економіки, фінансів, оподаткування або суміжної галузі;
  • Знання та практичні навички в галузі бухгалтерського обліку та міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності (IFRS, GAAP);
  • Принаймні 2-3 роки відповідного професійного досвіду (бажано в IT-компанії, Big4 Public Accounting, міжнародній публічній компанії або компанії, які мають досвід проходження аудиту зі спеціалістами Big 4);
  • Значний досвід у сфері міжнародного податкового планування, дотримання законодавства та трансфертного ціноутворення;
  • Досвід роботи з міжнародними системами ERP та інструментами для розрахунку податків, відповідності та документації;
  • Практичний досвід контролю, розрахунку та оптимізації податків для ЄС компаній, Азії та США (VAT, Sales Tax, Income tax);
  • Знання та розуміння основних принципів оподаткування, систем оподаткування та зборів;
  • Володіння англійською мовою — Intermediate + (усна та письмова).

Що буде входити у ваші обов'язки:

  • Підготовка документів і даних для внутрішнього та зовнішнього аудиту відповідно до МСБО;
  • Співпраця з бухгалтером та аудиторами для забезпечення достовірності фінансової звітності під час аудиторських перевірок;
  • Розробка та дотримання внутрішніх процедур та контролю, що забезпечують відповідність бухгалтерських операцій вимогам;
  • Аналіз фінансових даних з урахуванням МСФЗ для виявлення тенденцій, проблем чи відхилень;
  • Надання консультацій та організація навчальних матеріалів для співробітників з питань МСФЗ та його застосування;
  • Взаємодія з іншими відділами компанії в рамках проєктів та ініціатив щодо фінансової звітності та МСФЗ;
  • Дослідження та застосування останніх змін і оновлень у МСФЗ.
