We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Nordic team.

As Maintenance Planner, you will be planning and scheduling the Service Technicians for maintenance at Air Liquide's customers' and owned sites. You will have a day with lots of interactions and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The work changes from day to day and it contains a variation of tasks; no days are alike.

You will be working in close collaboration with customers, technicians, engineers, as well as the sales department.

The role will be based at Air Liquide's Nordic headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, or at our office in Hvidovre, Denmark - with presence at the office in Malmö 1 day a week. It's a hybrid role with the possibility of working from home 2 days a week.

• Planning the tasks on time, in the most efficient way
• Collaborating with the customers, technicians, 3rd party vendors, and other internal stakeholders
• Making sure that it's planned with sustainability in mind

The planning is done in SAP S4/Hana.

• Resource planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Creating purchase orders
• Ordering spare parts
• Invoicing customers

To be able to succeed in this role you:

• Be fluent in Danish & English both orally and in writing; understanding and speaking Swedish is a bonus
• Have solid experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Wise if possible
• Have planning/administrative experience with tasks from a coordinating role within logistics, service delivery, transportation, customer service, or similar
• Have an interest in learning basic technical knowledge on gas installations
• Be very service-minded, structured, and able to prioritize tasks
• Have the ability to work in a multi-task and stakeholder environment

The team is responsible for the maintenance planning in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Finland & Sweden) and reports to the Planning manager based in Malmö.
