Maintenance Planner

As Maintenance Planner, you will be planning and scheduling the Service Technicians for maintenance at Air Liquide's customers' sites as well as Air Liquide owned sites. You will have a day with lots of interactions and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The work changes from day to day and it contains a variation of tasks; no days are alike.
The role will be based at Air Liquide's Nordic headquarters in Malmö, Sweden - but with the possibility of working from home 2 days a week.
You will be working in close collaboration with customers, technicians, engineers, as well as the sales department.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning the tasks on time
- Collaborating with the customers and the technicians
- Ensuring that it's planned with sustainability in mind
The planning is done in SAP S4/Hana.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Resource planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Creating purchase orders
- Ordering spare parts
- Invoicing customers
To be able to succeed in this role you
- must have planning experience from a coordinating role within logistics, service delivery, transportation, or similar
- work in a structured way and have good analytical skills
- are service-minded and have the ability to work in a multi-task and stakeholder environment
- have solid experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Wise
- must be fluent in Danish & English both orally and in writing. If you understand and speak Swedish, it will be a bonus
The team is responsible for the maintenance planning in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Finland & Sweden) and reports to the Planning manager based in Malmö.
