Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som Senior Underwriter arbetar du med prissättning och riskbedömning av risker inom framför allt företagsförsäkring. Du bidrar till lönsamma affärer genom att säkerställa optimala försäkringslösningar för både kunden och bolaget. Du är delaktig i att utbilda internt inom riskområdet, försäkringsprodukter och jobbar nära våra Juniora underwriters för vilka du fungerar som bollplank och stöd i arbetet.

Jobbet innebär arbete med förmedlad affär för både befintliga och nya kunder. Du har löpande kontakt med förmedlarna och bidrar till goda relationer med olika förmedlarföretag. Andra uppgifter är arbete med våra produkter, att arbeta med analys av nya leveranser och att delta i att utveckla Zurich till Nordens vassaste försäkringsbolag. Du kommer även att vara involverad i arbetet med våra riskurvalsregler.

Som Senior Underwriter med fokus på företagsförsäkring har du ett tätt samarbete med våra Riskingenjörer samt våra Underwriters med fokus på Internationell affär. Du kommer höra till en engagerad och stödjande arbetsgrupp med flertalet olika kompetenser.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning som inleds med provanställning och du jobbar i våra fina lokaler på Linnégatan 5, Stockholm.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är affärsmässig och har mycket god analytisk förmåga för att förstå verksamheters risker och komplexa försäkringsbehov. Du är självgående och strukturerad i ditt arbete, och kan förklara komplicerade saker på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt. Du är pedagogisk och öppen för att hjälpa till där det behövs. Personlighetsmässigt är du också förtroendeingivande och har lätt för att samarbeta, både internt och externt. Du har en positiv och öppen attityd som skapar en god arbetsmiljö.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha god kunskap om företagsförsäkringar, både när det gäller villkor, premiesättning och regelverk. Du har relevant akademisk examen eller motsvarande erfarenhet och har många års erfarenhet inom branschen. Vi värdesätter de kvaliteter som en mångfald av människor tillför vår verksamhet.

Kvalifikationer

  • Flera års yrkeserfarenhet inom försäkringsbranschen
  • Omfattande erfarenhet av egendomsunderwriting är att föredra
  • Omfattande erfarenhet av riskanalys och urval, prissättning för ny affär och förnyelser
  • Kandidatexamen eller magisterexamen i teknik, ekonomi eller ett relaterat område är att föredra
  • Tidigare ledarskapserfarenhet
  • Goda muntliga och skriftliga kommunikationsfärdigheter på både svenska och engelska är ett krav

  • Stark databehandlingsförmåga och analytiska färdigheter
  • Hög nivå av risk- och affärsmedvetenhet

  • Utmärkta kund- och mäklarrelationsfärdigheter
  • Förmåga att hantera flera prioriteringar och förändringar
