Manager Underwriting Liability Sweden

As Manager Underwriting Liability Sweden, you will be responsible for P&L for Liability Sweden including personnel responsibility for the Liability underwriters in Sweden, providing quality leadership with focus on visible leadership. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and Nordic Line of Business Head on strategy for our Swedish Liability offering including our market activities. Additionally, you will focus on current and new business ensuring high service delivery and technical expertise, also being the main point of contact for the brokers in Sweden.

You will report to the Nordic Head of Liability with a matrix reporting to the Branch Manager Sweden.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating colleagues.
  • Extensive experience in handling Liability business within Corporate and Commercial segments, along with a background in underwriting.
  • Proven expertise in effectively managing a portfolio.
  • Established success in engaging with diverse customer types and propositions, as well as interacting with brokers and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are a requirement.

  • Ability to manage Profit and Loss.
  • Problem solving, decision making, and judgment skills.
