Om rollen

Knightec Group, grundat genom sammanslagningen av två av branschens ledande bolag Knightec och Semcon, har under de senaste åren haft en imponerande tillväxt. Detta accelererar vi nu och söker därför dig, med bred erfarenhet från både operativ och strategisk rekrytering, som parallellt i din rekryteringsroll även kan ta det övergripande ansvaret för Talent Acquisition inom Knightec Group i Sverige. I den här rollen söker vi dig som har din utgångspunkt i Stockholm, Göteborg eller Malmö.

Rollen innefattar b.la. ansvaret att implementera och utveckla Knightec Groups Talent Acquisition-funktion på en operativ och strategisk nivå med utgångspunkt i våra affärsområdens behov, utveckla Knightec Groups Employer Brand i nära samarbete med kollegor och vara drivande i den operativa rekryteringen.

Med nära relation till VD, Marknad- och Kommunikationschef, HR-chef och Affärsområdeschefer kommer du ha en viktig roll att säkerställa en väl samordnad rekryteringsprocess som möter behov i linje med vår affärsplan och uppsatta mål.

Vi söker dig som trivs med att arbeta i en entreprenörsdriven miljö, där vi ständigt utvecklas och håller ett högt tempo. Du kommer få möjligheten att ta ett stort ansvar och arbeta med en av de viktigaste frågorna inom Knightec Group just nu och framöver.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Ett stort intresse och bred erfarenhet i frågor som rör Talent Acquisition
  • Viljan och erfarenheten av att arbeta med Employer Branding och processer som säkerställer att vi attraherar, rekryterar och pre-boardar de bästa talangerna
  • Erfarenhet av att ha varit med på liknande tillväxtresor
  • En eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område: HR, marknadsföring, service management, teknik eller motsvarande
  • Flera års erfarenhet av rekrytering, med fördel inom tech eller IT, gärna i ledande positioner
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet inom konsultbranschen.

Som person har du en stark kommunikativ förmåga, tar tydligt ägandeskap för dina frågor och tror på att goda relationer och välfungerande samarbeten leder till goda resultat. Vi tror du har ett stort driv och engagemang samt en förmåga att få människor med dig. Du har en god personkännedom, har lätt för att bygga förtroende och är van vid att arbeta i ett högt tempo.
