We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team at Enity. Your work will be vital in shaping our strategies and contributing to our company's success. This is a significant opportunity to make a real impact and help guide Enity towards its long-term goals through your expertise in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
This role focuses on working with predictive models, especially in pricing and scorecards. You'll be responsible for analyzing and managing business data to create value and support the company's long-term goals. The role involves ensuring that data insights are aligned with our business objectives, making a significant contribution to advancing strategic initiatives.
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by providing insights that influence important decisions and improve performance. Your work will be key in supporting our digital transformation and moving the company forward.
You have an academic degree in a technical or quantitative field and bring extensive experience in developing and implementing predictive models, particularly within pricing and scorecards. Experience in the banking or finance sector is a must, with a deep understanding of credit and mortgages being highly valued.
You can demonstrate a proven ability to drive results and advance the organization by producing actionable insights and recommendations within tight deadlines, balancing quick assessments with thorough analyses.
Functional skills:
- Over 15 years of hands-on work with predictive models, especially in pricing and scorecards, within the banking or finance sector.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- A natural ability to break down complex problems and collaborate across teams to find effective solutions.
- Skilled at building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Technical skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Solid knowledge of Excel.
- Strong understanding of dimensional data models (star schema).

- Modern analysis and visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- R, Python, SAS.
- Machine learning techniques and algorithms.
