Event Manager på Fogarolli
På Fogarolli specialiserar vi oss på att leverera högkvalitativa italienska kaffeupplevelser på event, festivaler, företagsmässor och andra tillställningar runt om i Norden och Europa. Vi söker en engagerad Event Manager
I denna roll söker vi dig med struktur, flexibilitet och ett öga för både detaljer och helhet. Du är en naturlig samordnare som gillar att ta ansvar och har en positiv inställning till varierande arbetsuppgifter. På Fogarolli arbetar vi nära varandra, och god kommunikation med kollegor är avgörande för att lyckas.

Arbetsansvar
Som Event Manager kommer du att:
  1. Leda och schemalägga personal.
  2. Samordna transport av personal, bilar och serveringsenheter.
  3. Planera och säkerställa att allt material och utrustning finns på plats.
  4. Utföra baristajobb och leverera högkvalitativ service till våra gäster.
  5. Vara ansiktet utåt på våra evenemang och se till att allt löper smidigt.

Kvalifikationer
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:
  1. Vara strukturerad och planerad med förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.
  2. Kunna leda team och samordna olika grupper av människor.
  3. Vara flexibel och tillgänglig, framför allt under högsäsong som är juni-augusti och vid oväntade ändringar.
  4. Ha en naturlig social kompetens och lätt för att skapa goda relationer.
  5. Vara tydlig och effektiv i både skriftlig och muntlig kommunikation. Flytande i svenska och engelska.
  6. Fysisk uthållighet, klara av att arbeta långa dagar i intensiva miljöer.
  7. Inneha B-körkort - detta är ett krav.
Meriterande
  1. Tidigare erfarenhet av eventplanering eller liknande roller.
  2. Erfarenhet inom baristayrket.
  3. God körvana med bil.
  4. God förståelse i tyska, tal och skrift.
Anställning
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med start omgående/enligt överenskommelse. Baristautbildning och handledning av tjänsten ingår i anställningen.
