Customer Support Manager

För att stärka Pigellos utveckling så söker vi nu efter en Customer Support Manager; en roll där du kommer att vara ansvarig för att leverera den bästa service till våra kunder. Du kommer i din roll att skapa samt stärka kundrelationer, och ansvara för att hjälpa nya såväl som existerande kunder att använda Pigello på ett så värdeskapande sätt som möjligt. Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar därtill att kontinuerligt utbilda kunderna i verktyget och därmed säkerställa att de använder Pigello på bästa möjliga sätt.
Hos Pigello så blir ditt bidrag en mycket viktig del för den pågående expansionen och vi söker därför dig som brinner för att bygga relationer, och som med ett tillväxt- och serviceinriktat tankesätt vill vara med och driva en spännande tillväxtresa hos Pigello framåt.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvar:
- Tillsammans med teamet ansvara för Pigellos support och vara tillgänglig för kunder utefter behov
- Vara behjälplig till kunder och leverera en professionell och effektiv service
- Bidra till att kreativt utveckla processer och arbetssätt
- Hjälpa kunder sätta upp nya miljöer och fastigheter i systemet
- Utbilda kunder i ny funktionalitet och best practices
- Finnas tillgänglig och rådgöra kunder vid frågor och supportärenden, men även aktivt följa upp användning och förståelse
- Hålla ett nära samarbete med övriga medarbetare såsom sälj- och produktteam
För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du:
- Praktisk erfarenhet av teknisk konsulting och systeminrättande
- Vara analytisk, organiserad och lösningsorienterad
- Hög digital mognad och förståelse för digitalisering
- Meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet av kundnära roller (kundansvar/projektledning och Customer Success, Customer Support eller motsvarande)
- Meriterande om du har erfarenhet av produktutveckling
- Mycket meriterande om du har erfarenhet av ekonomisk förvaltning, hyresadministration eller andra processer relaterade till fastighetsförvaltning
- Mycket meriterande om du har erfarenhet av systemstöd i fastighetsbranschen, ekonomi eller projektekonomiska processer.
