We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
  1. Creating the Test strategy and have it aligned with program stakeholders.
  2. Responsible for Test planning and managing test execution.
  3. Responsible for managing the test team.
  4. Coordination with vendors, other workstreams and other 3rd parties.
  5. Responsible for the Test process and testing scope.
  6. Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Test structure in Jira.
  7. Defect management including reporting, tracking and retesting.
  8. Resource management within the work stream.
  9. Being a member of the program management team.
  10. Reporting to Program manager.
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
  1. Senior Project Manager with at least ten years' experience as a Test Lead within Bank & Finance.
  2. Experience from working in Transformation Programs/Projects.
  3. Experience from test projects with test of migrated production data.
  4. Very good communicator, i.e. with very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing.
  5. Experience from working with external vendors located in different locations.
  6. Experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it.
  7. Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
  8. Strong drive.
  9. Excellent people skills.
  10. Administrative and structured.
  11. Swedish and English speaking and writing.
