Då kan du vara den vi söker Vi letar nu efter en drivande och entusiastisk Test Lead, som kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa god kvalitet och funktionalitet för våra användargränssnitt både på webben och i vår mobilapp. I rollen ansvarar du för att identifiera testbehov samt planera, utforma och genomföra både manuella och automatiserade testfall, i syfte att validera användbarhet och funktion.

Genom nära samarbete med produktägare, utvecklingsteam och andra intressenter identifierar du relevanta problem att testa, och säkerställer att affärsbehoven möts på ett effektivt sätt.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  1. Utveckla och implementera QA-strategier, processer och metoder för att möta våra kvalitetsmål och säkerställa tillförlitliga, användarcentrerade releaser
  2. Samarbeta med affärsteam och andra intressenter för att definiera testbehov, testkrav och prioriteringar, i samråd med kravanalytiker, UX och utvecklare
  3. Utforma, skriva och genomföra både manuella och automatiserade testfall, med fokus på acceptanstestning
  4. Analysera användarfeedback och kvalitetsmätningar för att kontinuerligt identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter
  5. Driva förbättringar i testtäckning och automatisering samt i samarbete med utvecklare optimera releaseprocesser och minska manuellt arbete.
  6. Främja en kultur av kvalitetsägande i organisationen genom mentorskap, samarbete och transparent kommunikation

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för testning och kvalitetssäkring, och som vill vara med och bidra till att säkerställa att våra produkter håller högsta standard. För att lyckas i rollen har du:

  1. Erfarenhet av en liknande roll, med fokus på acceptanstestning av digitala webbtjänster eller mobilappar som riktar sig till privatpersoner eller mindre företag
  2. Djupgående kunskaper inom testplanering, testmetodik, genomförande och rapportering av tester
  3. Gedigen erfarenhet av såväl manuell som automatiserad testning av användargränssnitt
  4. Erfarenhet av att bygga upp och leda testning och kvalitetssäkring, inklusive val av testverktyg och utformning av effektiva processer
  5. Stor vana av att samarbeta med intressenter inom affärsverksamheten samt kravanalytiker, UX-specialister och utvecklare för att säkerställa QA-perspektivet genom hela utvecklingslivscykeln.
  6. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och i skrift
  7. God förståelse för agilt arbete och erfarenhet av att arbeta i scrumteam.

Det är meriterande om du också har:

  1. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med intressenthantering, testledning och testning som konsult eller i ett större företag eller organisation.
  2. Ett stort intresse för energibranschen och viljan att bidra till hållbara lösningar genom att skapa digitala tjänster med hög kvalitet och en god kundupplevelse
  3. Certifiering inom exempelvis ISTQB
  4. Erfarenhet av att säkra god tillgänglighet i digitala gränssnitt som stödjer WCGA AA
  5. Kunskaper i testautomatiseringsverktyg som Selenium, UiPath eller Playwright, samt erfarenhet av API-automationstestning med verktyg som Postman eller RestAssured.
  6. Erfarenhet av CI/CD-pipelines och versionhanteringssystem som Git.

Som person är du noggrann och pålitlig, du utför ditt arbete på ett strukturerat sätt och levererar i tid med god kvalité. Du har också en god samarbetsförmåga och kan bidra i gemensamma initiativ genom en tydlig kommunikation och dialog med relevanta intressenter. Vidare är du handlingskraftig och tar dig an problem och utmaningar med en känsla av energi och entusiasm. Du har en stark problemlösningsförmåga och en noggrannhet i ditt arbete som hjälper dig att självständigt och tillsammans med andra leda vårt testarbete från krav till genomförande.
