Job Description:Job purpose summary: Technically responsible for the Sinch Atlassian Enterprise Platform together with the Atlassian Platform Owner. This includes setting the technical strategies for integrations and supporting the technical implementation of the strategic goals defined by the Atlassian Platform Owner. Handling technical support tickets from the users and acting as the platform architect towards internal groups at Sinch.
This position is based in Stockholm, and you must be able to work from the office when the team meets there from time to time.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone that can take ownership of the technical aspects of our Atlassian Platform together with the Atlassian Platform Owner. This includes taking ownership of things like integrations and configurations in the Atlassian products in alignment with the strategic goals set by the Atlassian Platform Owner.
As the technical administrator we also see that you lead the technical support such as incidents and requests for configuration and integrations together with the Atlassian Support technician in the team. We also need you to handle consultation with our customers to understand their needs so we can build a solution that is based on best practices and our strategic plans.

Key responsibilities:- Work hands-on with Sinch Atlassian Platform support.
- Drive excellent technical implementation
- Assist with setting up the technical strategies with the Atlassian Platform Owner
- Providing information, improvement areas and overall status to the Atlassian Platform Owner
- Defining strategy for integrations towards other platforms in alignment with the Atlassian Platform Owner and the Atlassian platform strategies
- Collaborate with other team leads for the IT-Support/Infra/Security teams across Sinch.
- Deliver end-user training to ensure effective utilization of Atlassian tools
- Drive improvement projects and ensure documentation are created and maintained
- Ensure the Atlassian Enterprise platform has high technical quality and security
- Completing assigned tasks promptly with autonomy, communicating progress effectively
- Understanding and adhering to project timelines
- Voicing delivery risks and providing solutions
- Foster teamwork through excellent communication and collaboration
- Lead client engagements and project delivery
- Personal drive and a good people's person
- The ability to shoulder complex situations
- Ability to keep multiple tasks active at once
- Comfortable with training users in the tools
- Proven documentation and process-oriented work experience
- Full English proficiency
- Expert implementation and configuration of Atlassian's suite of products, including Jira (JSM, JSW, JWM, JPD), Confluence, Opsgenie, Statuspage, and other related plugins and integrations
- Familiar with common and preferred marketplace applications
- General operating system knowledge
- Familiar with project management methodologies and practices including but not limited to Service Management, ITIL, ITSM, and associated methodologies
- Proficient in best practices related to Atlassian Cloud systems and SaaS systems
- Basic knowledge and understanding of:
- databases including Structured Query Language (SQL)
- various networks and infrastructures
- Minimum five years of technical proficiency with Atlassian, Jira (JWS, JSM, JWM, JPD)
- Minimum five years of technical proficiency with Confluence
- Minimum three years of customer-facing consulting experience with an Atlassian product(s)
- Minimum of three years of project management methodologies and practices including but not limited to Service Management, ITIL, ITSM, and associated methodologies
- Managing product documentation in Confluence
- Health & maintenance tracking of the Atlassian instances and apps.

- Experience with Groovy scripting
- Experience working with ScriptRunner
- Experience with EazyBI
- Experience with Assets
